How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. For personalized items, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing before shipment.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?
Yes! You can add a custom message during the checkout process. We will print your message on a premium gift card and include it inside the package at no extra cost.
What is your return policy for gift items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Lu Lu's Gift Company ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Will the price be visible on the packing slip if this is a gift?
We never include pricing information on our packing slips. Your recipient will receive a gift receipt that lists the items and your personal message, but the dollar amounts remain private.
